NOTE: The board will contemplate adjournment to closed session following the open meeting pursuant to W.S.S. 19.85(1)(a)(c)(e) - to consider expulsions from D.C. Everest Junior and Senior High Schools,  for an update on recent negotiations with General Teamsters Local 662, to consider a tentative agreement with the Everest Paraprofessional Union (EPU) and to discuss At-Will, Food Service, Administrative/Confidential employment packages and Administrator contracts for 2010-11 and will reconvene in approximately 30 minutes.

APPROVED: EPU Contract as offered contingent upon EPU members acceptance.

APPROVED: Recommended At-Will and Administrative/Confidential wage increase of 2%; Food Service wage increase of 1% for 2010-11; Administrator contracts at a 1% total package for 2010-11.

APPROVED: Assistant Superintendent contract offer to Jack E. Stoskopf, Jr. at $130,000.
