When?Unless it is an emergency, or you do not have access to any computer with Internet access in your building, you will need to use K12Tracker to submit computer or custodial requests. If Internet access is down, or there is an emergency problem, definitely feel free to contact your building custodial staff or computer technician in person or by phone. Why?There are several reasons. One of the primary reasons is that we are trying to keep things from "falling through the cracks." With a record of all requests, it should be harder for them to be forgotten or "misplaced." We also wanted a way for you to be able to check on the status of your request. One big benefit to you is the fact that you can check on your requests at any time. You are also sent e-mail notification when a K12Tracker ticket is closed. You even have the option to refuse to close a ticket if you find the problem hasn't actually been resolved. How?To create your own account in K12Tracker, follow the "Signing Up" link to the left.
