Please follow the instructions below to register and begin using the K-12 Tracker program. This program will allow you to submit tech support requests. 

Please DO NOT send e-mails or leave voice mails for the building technicians or custodians for standard work requests.

Please follow these steps to register:

1. Follow this link to access the registration page:
   D.C.E. Registration for K12Tracker
2. Building Name - please select the building that you are working in. If you work in multiple buildings, please select "Organization-Wide".
3. Click "Next Step" button
4. Fill in your first name, last name, and e-mail address in the correct fields.
5. Please enter your extension number for the phone number field.
6. Choose a login ID: enter your first initial and last name (as one word). This should be identical to your network login username. Your login ID will be case-sensitive.
7. Enter the password that you want to use. This can be your current network password if you choose. Your password will be case-sensitive.
8. Confirm (re-type) the password that you want to use.
9. Click the "Next Step" button.

The next page will display the following message:

"Your registration is being processed and you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Once your network administrator has approved your registration, you will receive a second confirmation email and at that time, you may begin using the system."

When I receive your request for registration, I will approve the request. You will be notified, by e-mail, that your registration has been activated.
