Unblocking Automated DCE Email

Automated email includes all emails from the K12Tracker problem ticket system, the electronic paystubs, and other important messages sent by computers and servers in the district.

If you are not getting some automated emails from school or district computers, follow these steps to unlbock  our domain:

1. Start GroupWise
   
2. In the main menu, select Tools->Junk Mail Handling...
   
   
   
3. If neither the top nor bottom boxes are not checked you can stop now.  If either of them are checked, click on the "Trust List" tab at the top.
   
   
   
4. Click the New... button.
   
   
   
5. Enter dce.k12.wi.us in the box that appears and click OK.
   
   
   
6. If you get a box similar to the one below, then you had inadvertently blocked our domain sometime in the past.  Just click OK.
   
   
   
7. Your Trust List should look pretty much like this now. Click OK.
   
   
   
8. Look at the left panel in GroupWise for the Junk Mail folder.  If you had blocked dce.k12.wi.us emails then you might find them in here.  (For some reason it looks a bit like a folder made out of swiss cheese.)
