GroupWise - Sharing Inbox/Calendars
In GroupWise, you can grant other GroupWise users access to your email,
calendar, notes, etc. You can control how much access they have including
the ability to keep individual items private. Follow these steps to grant
someone else access to your GroupWise account:
- From the main GroupWise window, choose Tools->Options from the
menu.

- Next double-click on the "Security" icon.

- Choose the "Proxy" tab in the dialog window that appears.
- Enter the name of the other GroupWise user you want to grant access to and
then Click the "Add User" button.

- This will add that person to the access list for your account. At
this point they don't have any rights to your account so continue.
- Use your mouse to select the user(s) you want to grant rights to.
This will enable the checkboxes in the bottom half of the window.

- Check the boxes to give as much (or little) access as you want to.
- Now have the person who you gave access log into GroupWise as themselves
on their own computer.
- They can use the File->Proxy menu choice to "become" you but
only with the rights you granted them.
