GroupWise - Setting Your "Work Hours"
In GroupWise, your "Work Hours" affect what times are highlighted in
the calendar and when you are available for meetings and appointments.
The default work hours vary by building. If your actual work hours
are not the same as those for your building, you should seriously consider
changing them by following the directions below.

Follow these steps to change your GroupWise "Work Hours":
(Please Note: You can change your work hours only
if you have the full GroupWise Client. If you only access your e-mail
through Netscape, Internet Explorer, Eudora, or some other common Internet
e-mail program, you will not be able to make these changes.)
Steps for v7.x of GroupWise (most computers)
- Run the GroupWise Client if it isn't already open.
- Select Tools from the top menu bar.
- Select Options from the drop down menu that appears.
- Double-click on the "Date & Time" icon.
- At the bottom of the dialog box that appears is a section named "Work Schedule". Change the start and end times to match your actual schedule.
- Click the "Ok" button.
- Click the "Close" button.
Steps for v8.0 of GroupWise
- Run the GroupWise Client if it isn't already open.
- Select Tools from the top menu bar.
- Select Options from the drop down menu that appears.
- Double-click on the "Calendar" icon.
- At the top of the dialog box that appears is a tab named "Work Schedule". Click on it.
- Change the start and end times to match your actual schedule.
- Click the "Ok" button.
- Click the "Close" button.
